The Super Simple Cleanse is certified with a full satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the results of your cleanse, you may request a refund provided that you meet the criteria below.
- You have scheduled and completed your 1:1 coaching call within two weeks of purchasing the cleanse.
- You have accepted your invitation to the online closed group.
- You have completed the cleanse within two weeks of purchasing it and returned all of the documentation as outlined below.
- You have completed and returned all portions of the Super Simple Cleanse Daily Log within two weeks of purchasing the cleanse. The daily log can be found in the files tab in the closed online group. Each daily entry must be submitted to email@example.com and must be received in consecutive days and in the order that is listed on the document. For example, the first submission will be the pre-cleanse questionnaire. The next submission will be the Day 1 entry and will be submitted the following day. The next submission will be the Day 2 entry and will be submitted the day after the Day 1 entry, etc. The time stamp on the email will be proof that the assignments were sent in order and on consecutive days.
- You have completed and returned the cleanse feedback form within two weeks of purchasing the cleanse.
